Lakeline Oaks Sign Repairs
The Board also approved the use of surplus funds to repair the lights on the Lakeline Oaks sign at the intersection of Lakeline Oaks Drive and Lakeline Boulevard at an estimated cost of $ 1,700 to $2,300. Additional bids are being taken to repair damage to the limestone sign, which occurred in July.
Delinquencies/Collections from homeowners
As of December 31, 2016 nineteen homeowner owed $ 3,625 in dues and fines. By June 30th, 2017 the numbers had grown to twenty-four homeowners owing $12,268 in dues and fines.
New Xeriscaping Standards for Lakeline Oaks have been approved
To enable residents to conserve water by installing drought-resistant landscaping and water-conserving natural turf, Xeriscaping guidelines have been approved. The guidelines include proportions of full green lawn (turf) and non-turf ground cover, acceptable materials, descriptions of borders and decorative objects plus ten popular Texas xeriscaping plants.
Burn Ban lifted in Williamson County
County Judge Dan A. Gattis lifted the ban in August.
Deed Restrictions Violations Report January 1,2017 to September 27, 2017
During this period, 431 violations were reported. Of those, 233 property addresses had 3 or more violations and 48 (11%) are repeat offenders. Violations by type were:

Water Restrictions of August, 2016 are still in effect in 2017
Residential addresses ending in an even number may water outdoors on Thursdays and Sundays before 10 a.m. or after 7 p.m.
Residential addresses ending in an odd number may water outdoors on Wednesdays and Saturdays before 10 a.m. or after 7 p.m.

2017 LLO HOA Fees are Unchanged
During the 2017 fiscal year, Lakeline Oaks home owners will continue to enjoy reduced HOA fees as in 2016. In the May, 2016 board meeting, HOA President Robert Kenny stated that it is the intent of the Board to maintain a reserve of about $ 100,000 for annual HOA expenses. Because that level had recently been exceeded, the Board decided to reduce monthly fees by 50%. Goodwin Management sent letters to all home owners explaining the change in fees.

The Board of Directors meets the last Wednesday of each odd month. The next Board of Directors meeting of the Lakeline Oaks HOA will take place on Wednesday, September 27th at 7:00 p.m. at the Park at Lakeline Oaks Community Center, 1000 Old Mill Road.
